How do you work with clients?
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs. This could include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Brainspotting, and more.
What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. It is based on the premise that certain eye positions can access and activate areas of the brain where unprocessed trauma is stored.

During Brainspotting, the therapist guides the client to fix their gaze on specific eye positions while exploring their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. The therapist may use a pointer or other tool to help the client maintain focus. As the client experiences intense emotions, they are encouraged to allow them to arise and gradually dissipate without judgment.

Who will you not see?
While I try to be as accommodating as possible, there may be cases where a client’s needs are outside my expertise. If so, I’ll work with you to find the proper referral or professional.
What can a therapist do?
A therapist can help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe space, support you in working through complex issues, and teach you tools to manage challenges in your life.
What are the risks and benefits of doing therapy?
Therapy can bring up uncomfortable emotions or memories as part of the healing process. Still, it’s also a powerful way to gain clarity, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting change.
Do you offer video or phone sessions?

What else can I do to help myself?
In addition to therapy, I may recommend books, exercises, mindfulness techniques, or other resources to help support your progress.
How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?
