If you are not able to afford these rates, we are currently able to offer a sliding fee scale based on your ability to pay. You will be responsible for covering any portion of the bill that your insurance company does not cover.
Supervision
Melissa is able to provide supervision services at 100 dollars an hour.
Insurance
We are an in network provider for Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield. Melissa is also in network with UMR/United. We are willing to bill insurance for you and see if you have met your out of pocket deductible as well as your out of network deductible. So, it is always recommended for you to check with your insurance companies to find out what you will be responsible for paying.
